You Can Help. So Can We.

Second, we can help supplement your commercial tobacco and cessation knowledge base with free, convenient and accredited online learning.

Two Easy Ways to Refer Patients

Referring patients takes just a few minutes using our web referral or fax. Any type of healthcare professional (i.e., doctor, registered nurse, dentist, therapist, pharmacist, etc.) can make a referral. We’ll do the rest, contacting your patient within 24 hours. Patients do not need to have health insurance to be referred.

For professionals referring patients that have a medical condition that may interact with the use of nicotine replacement therapy, please use the fax referral form.
