  • Nicotine gum is not the same as chewing gum and is used differently.

  • Bite down on gum until it tingles. Hold it between your gum and cheek for best results.
  • Consider using the nicotine lozenge if you can't use gum.
  • Connect with a Quit Partner coach to learn how best to use the gum.
